Overview
Frozen Cape is a texture hack over Koopa Cape created by CatMatthew. This texture hack is supposed to look like a winter time theme of Koopa Cape. This track also uses textures from the Mario Kart WII Custom Track Seaside Resort, and DK Pass from Mario Kart DS.
