CTGP-7 is a custom track and mod distribution pack initially created by DarkFlare, and is currently being developed by PabloMK7 and Fishguy6564. It is released as a custom homebrew application. The pack contains various mods for Mario Kart 7, such as: character reskins, custom tracks, custom music/sounds, and other listed below. It is the first distribution to utilize a plugin for additional options. It is also the first distribution featuring a custom channel. The distribution supports all region and version differences of Mario Kart 7. CTGP-7 uses custom course slots to allow custom tracks and Nintendo tracks to coexist in the pack without the need of a menu.

| Custom Menu System | PabloMK7, Fishguy | This distribution is the first to make use of custom menus to load custom course slots. The cup selection menu is modified with two buttons featuring arrows that can be touched. Alternatively, players can use the L and R buttons. When selected, these buttons cause the current on-screen cup buttons to be replaced with other cups, including custom cups, creating a scrolling menu system. All custom tracks are stored inside custom cups. |

When running the pack, simply enable CTWW by pressing X, and then hit the worldwide button to search for custom track players.
