CTGP-7 is a custom track and mod distribution pack initially created by DarkFlare, and is currently being developed by PabloMK7 and Fishguy6564. It is released as a custom homebrew application. The pack contains various mods for Mario Kart 7 such as, character reskins, custom tracks, custom music/sounds, and others listed below. It is the first distribution to utilize a plugin for other options not found normally in game. It is also the first distribution featuring a custom channel. The distribution supports all region and version differences of Mario Kart 7. At the moment CTGP-7 uses a plugin to toggle custom tracks on and off for the original 32 track slots. However, future updates will use custom course slots to allow custom tracks and Nintendo tracks to coexist in the pack without the need of a menu.
